Our Garden ^^

You may say that Teenagers shouldn't garden. I disagree, I garden occassionally. Mainly my mum and dad do, But I still like looking at our garden. I thought I'd show you our garden. Its small, and slopped, which means no trampoline :( but many flowers :D

Well, that didn't take long :)

I have found it. The dungaree's of my dreams :D
Its from River Island :D Only problem is its quite expensive...
And I am getting new sandals.
And maybe a new watch.
oh.
WHO CARES :D We can scrimp and save ^^ make do and mend and all that jazz.
I am happy now...

Heat...

Well, Britain is in a heat wave, which has so far lasted 2 days! What a record! :D (this is what happens when you get good weather in England. We get over excited.)
SO during my hot day, I did many things.
Wrote a letter posing as Martin Luther King senior.
Sharpened a stick to stick in the ground to mark where we had spent our lunch. (it snapped)
and spent most my day thinking of things totally unrelated to what class I was sitting in. I bet my teachers love me. :)
Just checked the trusty bbc website, and found out that top temperature for today was 33 degree's celcius! So my task for this evening. To find a floral dungeree's online.

Its the simple things in life that get me excited. ^^

What a find!

So, during my many skimmings of the internet, I have found a gem amongst all the mud.
It is a treasure trove of every retro bag you could possibly imagine! All styles (especially the traditional shoulder bag) and so many patterns it literally gives you a migraine trying to process them all :D The timing of this is just so perfect. Its coming up to the end of term, and Summer is vastly approaching and that means.....
NEW BAG FOR THE NEW TERM.
Its a rule I use to make myself feel better about indulging in my passion for bags :)

Pantomime

Christmas, full of joys, presents and Pantomimes. Oh, and food :) And on the theme of pantomimes, the stories never end. New spins on Cinderella are spun everyday. I mean, how much can you say on a girl who rides in a pumpkin? But, panto writers find stuff to write about her! Yet one story is rarely put into panto pretext. Robin Hood. And that's exactly the panto I am in this Christmas. The church always puts on a pantomime every two years and this year Robin Hood is the new topic. Yet somehow they still manage to fit britains got talent, dragons den and the royal variety performance into the second act. Unfortunately, during one fateful act in Britains got talent the fuse in all the lights, explosions and on-stage affects, blew. The stage was plunged into darkness, and the small children dancing at the time were left bewildered and confused. Yet, they still carried on, and danced like little angels. Oh how we love Pantomime's :)

Snow

Everyone is talking about it. Yes, its the white stuff. Snow. Over 30cm of it. Now normally I love snow! But when your school is the only secondary school in your area to be open, and you have to walk into school in it, and then back again, in a blizzard, you do tend to get a little sick of the stuff. But, on the bright side, we open at 10 tomorrow! I get to sleep! Whilst I type this I am watching casualty on IPlayer. I thought watching other people have more serious actions than me falling over in the snow (which I do frequently) would make me feel better. It didn't, I just felt really sorry for them and ever so slightly depressed, after watching the fifth fictional character put their lives in jeopardy by banging a table too hard. I was thinking I might make some icing later, as icing sugar is practically the only edible thing in the house. I long for a biscuit tin, that never runs out of biscuits. :)

Welcome

Apparently before you die or become old and grey, you have to blog. I don't know why, but surely it can't hurt. I don't know if anyone has ever had to think up a name for something on the spot, but coming up with the name for this blog was harder than you might think. Its true, I kid you not. Whilst looking round the room for inspiration (of which there is little) you would have thought something would have sprung up, but no. Nothing. And then, out of nowhere! A book I have not actually read, but is in the long list of books I 'mean' to read, caught my eye. 'The girl with the glass feet.' Snappy. Ish. So that is the inspiration for this blog. I actually have no idea what that book is about. :)
